eSource Optics high quality VUV Optical Filters & UV Optical Filters are available at specific peak wavelengths over the Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) to UV wavelength range 122nm to 320nm.  Both narrow & broad-band VUV & UV optical filter designs are available having VUV-UV filter Bandwidths of 20nm FWHM and 35-50nm FWHM. 

eSource Optics high quality VUV-UV Mirrors are enhanced for specific peak VUV-UV wavelengths over a Broad Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) to Ultraviolet (UV) wavelength range from 121.6nm to 200nm.  Both VUV-UV Mirror Coatings and complete Mirrrors are available in a variety of sizes.

eSource Optics VUV grade CaF2, MgF2 and Crystalline Quartz materials are also available for Vacuum UV (VUV) applications.  VUV Optics include VUV Windows & VUV Spherical Lenses,

eSource Optics Laser Quality & Analytical Quality optics for UV to Near Infrared wavelengths include UV Fused Silica & BK7 Glass Optical Windows, Spherical Lenses,  Cylindrical Lenses, and Prisms.  Standard optics are manufactured from high-purity UV Grade Fused Silica and BK7 Glass materials to cover Ultraviolet, Visible and NIR wavelength optical applications.

  

 

                                           


eSource Optics Absorptive Optical Glass Neutral Density Filters are available with Optical Densities (O.D.) ranging from 0.10 to 4.00 over Visible wavelength range of 400-700nm.
