Plano-Concave Cylindrical Lenses

Plano-Concave Cylindrical Lenses are available in Laser Quality polish designated as LQ (Laser Quality). Plano-Concave Cylindrical Lenses are available in UV Grade Fused Silica (FS) & BK7 Glass materials. Plano-Concave cylindrical Lenses have one flat (plano) surface and one cylindrical surface curved inward (concave). A Plano-Concave cylindrical Lens will diverge light in only one dimension and can be used together with Plano-Convex cylindrical lenses for beam expander applications, image reduction or to spread light into a line. These Lenses have negative Effective Focal Lengths.
