CSM polished MgF2 1.100” diameter x 8.0mm thick to be re-polished both surfaces on a best-efforts* basis only:

Material: VUV Grade MgF2 supplied material
Diameter: 1.100" +/-0.002"
Thickness: 5 mm+/-0.001"
Surface Quality: 20/10 S/D both sides
Surface Flatness: <=1/2 λ @ 632.8nm both sides
Clear Aperture: ≥ 0.880” Diameter 
Parallelism: ≤ 2 arc minutes

(NOTE: UNIT PRICE IS PER PIECE BASED ON 3 PIECES MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY)

*Customer Supplied Material Agreement

eSource Optics agrees to supply re-polishing services only, on KLA (CSM) supplied MgF2 Optical Windows approximately 8.0mm Thickness, on the condition that eSource Optics shall not be liable to the customer for damage to the customer’s optical component(s), identified below, while they are in eSource Optics possession for the purpose of providing the intended services, unless it can be proven that eSource Optics is negligent in handling the customer’s optical component or components.  All re-polishing services are supplied on a “best-efforts” basis only and no specific spectral, surface polish or cosmetic specifications or requirements are guaranteed.
