Description: ES # 120 VUV-UV Broadband Mirror Coating, having 77-80%* R @ 121.6nm N.I. on of Customer Supplied Material (CSM*) on a “Best-Efforts” only as follows:
3 pieces of Caltech supplied Plano-Concave OAP T6 Aluminum substrates to be coated on One OAP surface with eSource Optics VUV-UV ES # 120 Broadband Mirror coating having 77-80% Reflectance* at 121.6nm, N.I. as follows:
- All customer supplied substrates must be sent in a clean-ready to coat manner. eSource Optics will not touch or clean prior to coating.
- All customer supplied substrates must be supplied with non-contact protective covers to securely hold the Mirror Coated substrate for return shipping.
- Coating of ES # 120 VUV-UV Broadband Mirror coating is supplied on Caltech Astronomy supplied material on a “Best-Efforts” basis only. Customer to clearly mark the surface to be coated. The Coating clear Aperture would be ~90% minimum of the entire coating area. There may be some coating blow-bye onto the coating fixture side finishes.
- One VUV-UV % Reflectance Calibration Curve to be supplied from a flat witness sample and measured from ~120nm – 300nm supplied per coating Lot.
